“THE SECRET OF GETTING AHEAD IS GETTING STARTED”
I believe that each person has the strength not just to survive, but to truly thrive.
I offer assessment for individuals contemplating a career change, for pre-surgical evaluation, or fitness for duty to return to work. I am skilled with a variety of assessment tools and strategies that can help to determine your next steps.
I offer health & behavior intervention, coaching, mentoring and consultation.
